hi , I've repaired quite a lot of these Hotpoint wf range as we used to buy a container load from Hotpoint for refurbishing every month , anyways back to the drum , In my past experience in these where the transit bolts enter the drum they sometimes get tighten too much , thus the drum leaks from here . Not had many were drums crack , apart from when its coins that have cause it

hi anyone able to assist please , is this a standard letter they send out -
Hi all , I have used surlybond's great template letters to stop Lloyds processing my data as me and OH are trying to clean up our credit files Today I received this letter from them "On the 20 October 2008 you sent us a notice under section 10 of the data protection act 1998 (DPA) requiring us to stop processing your personal data. We have considered your notice carefully and have concluded the section 10 does not apply in these circumstances. We do not consier section 10 DPA applies for these reasons: When a customer pays late the fact is notified to credit reference agencies. We do not need to repeat this notification. Section 10 does not apply where a data subject has previosly given consent to the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (section 10(2) and paragraphs 1 and 2 of the schedule 2 DPA. As you point out in your notice you gave us consent when you applied for the account. Once the credit reference agency has been notified of the late payment they will record this information on there systems for as long as necessary. This is in compliance with the Fifth Principle in the Data Protection Act 1998: "personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes We do not retain copies of notice of default however our systems note that your default date was "(29th July 2003." what do I do how , is there a next letter template I send them please help and thanks
