Hi shopkeeper , royalmail has a backlog of mail I think because of the weather , I sent my letter on 30 Dec 09 and on tracking it says its getting process throu the mail , so hold fire should get to them shortly

allo montrose , do you have your copy of your agreement in hand if so post it up and somebody will have a look at it. you can use Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket to upload your credit agreement , delete out any personal details on it

Morning Postggj , welcome still have'nt received the letter I posted on the 30 Dec , on the royalmail tracking it states Item xxxxxxxxxxxGB was posted at xxxxxxxxxx on 30/12/09 and is being progressed through our network for delivery Probs with the weather conditions holding back alot of mail being sent, you think I should post another letter to them or hold fire till they receive the letter sent on 30 dec , was thinking it might be lost in post now and welcome not gonna receive it.

welcome must be yiting them selfs with all these complaints they are receiving from everyone have they got enough staff to handle them all lol

Morning , received a letter from lewis debt recovery today , was a reply to a letter a sent them couple of weeks ago about our account with welcome complaining , it reads RE : Welcome Financial Services LTD - £0.00 We refer to previious communications in this matter We refer to your recent letter in which you have advised us that you have an outstanding dispute with our client. Unfortunately, we were unable of your dispute and as it relates to matter we are unable to answer , we have now closed our files We trust this is satisfactory Yours faithfully Katherine Davis Collections Department
