Companies do end of year accounting, so it would be resonable to assume that the accountants would have noticed it at the end of there financial year end for 2003 Ask them for a copy of their accounts from 2003 onwards and ask them to highlight the "carry over of your overpayment" IMHO if they cannot show the carry over, then they wrote the overpayment to you off at year end they are just trying it on using debt collection.......sit tight
