Well today I got my final attempt to pay letter. They said they have written to me 3 times (local office?) They want me to contact them within 5 days, they will "listen sympathetically to any problem that I may have" If they don't hear from me, they will consider LEGAL action, there letter is dated 8th May received today 13th May:confused: Never mind they have not sent my reply to my CCA Request. Balance differs from my Credit report to Letter Balance. Ignored me, when I sent a letter for missold PPI? They certainly will here from me!!

I know how you feel.. all my letters come from different addresses... never sure now where to send anything..

Yep, that was me as well. I did write to UCan/Carcraft but no reply as yet. Direct Group said it was Welcome, Welcome said it was Ucan/Carcraft. So who do I get the CCA from, ??

Well my 1 Bedroom Flat in London, and I have just received a demand from NPower for £568.00 they have got to be joking!!

Well still no CCA received by Welcome, instead I receive a Default notice and I have incurred another £25 charge (will not pay!!) for an Outside visit, despite sending them the Harrasement letter twice!!

The domain name absoluteinvoicefinance.co.uk was registered to Nick McAvoy using the address of Cattles Invoice Finance in Yorkshire. Is this to be the new company name if the sale of the factoring company ever goes through or have the Cattles management decided to prepare to jump ship in case the continued stalling proves terminal. I requested the CCA and sent the reply of, almost a week now. My reply was thank you for requesting a SAR:|, we are dealing with it, and will be in touch shortly. I only sent of the £1.00 postal order for the CCA. Obviously cannot read very well..just waiting to see what turns up!!

The interest rates are high enough on our agreements already!

Hi Would be most grateful for some help. I requested my CCA from the Nationwide which I received a copy this morning. I recently became unemployed and have been telling the Nationwide, but this seeems to fall on DEAF ears. I assumed I had PPI as I Have been paying a monthly sum since 2007. The agreement shows I DID NOT choose this option, it is blank!! Any help as to how I can reclaim these charges back to 2007 would be grateful for the advice. I also have KPR now chasing payment to clear the account. Until this is resolved I will certainly not be making any further payments. Surely it is wrong what they have done, by just adding these payments on?

Ok Andie, Will drop them a letter and see what happens, as Direct Group said it was Welcome that dealt with the PPi:(

Well Good Luck with the PPI letter, mine got thrown back at me, and they told me to go back to the Car dealers!! Not Welscum

I did the same as you suggested to me before, and mine was changed back to 48 months instead of 49, all within a week!!

I am sure they have learnt plenty of TRICKS in their successful careers at Welcome..

Best they check out Direct Gov website..for their JSA allowance!! Hope they now realise what its like to be without a job..
