strange. no bailiff company has a clamping charge anymore. its all enforcement costs.

if 4 x £95 then u would be charged 4 x £11.20 letter fee. 4 x 1st visit fees at £29.74 each then 1 enforcement fee, attendance to remove or van charge (they all name it different) normally between £100 to £200. many on here will dispute though.

yes they can. it just needs to be the company they do the most work for on the certificate.

tomtubby.....it sais on the warrant that if goods are seized then a copy of this warrant must be left. the warrant issue date is at the bottom.

why tell his n/bour his business. just inform the bailiff he has no levy or levy fees.

If a bailiff has levied & clamped my car & I cut off the clamp & hide the car, can he report the car stolen to the police ? according to the levy the car is now their property.

v5 isnt proof of ownership, just the keeper responsible for fines etc. but most bailiffs accept it as ownership unless transfered between family members or people at the same address.

£11.20 7 day letter plus levy fee plus enforcement fee. sounds about right. tbh £375 sounds a bit cheap.
