  3. Hi Mightyacorn In my case CL Finance/Howard Cohen never submitted there AQ's. They was also given extra time to submit as well. When they never submitted, the case was struck out. I wrote to the Courts asking the Judge, if i could submit wasted costs for the case. I received a reply granting me my wasted costs and a hearing. The reason i went this way, you don't have to pay any Court fees for submitting the wasted costs. The only thing i never put onmy costs was for parking and petrol cost for attending the Court. If you look at my thread your see a breakdown of the costs, but i would add £20 for parking a travel costs as well. Gaz
  4. Thanks Elsa i'll get a letter off to them today. Gaz
  5. Hi All Forgot to mention the other day, when i received the letter the other day from wescot. Stating that there client was willing to offer me a 25% discount on the alledged account. I also received a demand letter from Wescot as well. demanding that i pay the full amount by the 2nd March and make the cheque out to Wescot. I also received a statement letter from Halifax showing the full amount and asking the full amount by the 12th March and to make the cheque out to HBOS. Now what do you think of that, both companies asking for the full amount?. Do these companies think i'm made of money . Gaz
  6. Hi Dotty If you look on all your agreements/application forms they send you. They all tell you to sign the agreement as set out by the Consumer credit act. But it is funny that your find hardly any creditors sign the forms, hence there not aggreing with the act. If your sending your letter to a DCA, make sure you add those two lines in as there do work and they soon go away. Gaz
  7. Your Joking 40% lol. No received a letter from Wescot saying my client would offer me a wopping 25% dicount on the eledged dept . Which they will be getting my reply very shortly. Gaz
  8. Hi Sunflower £50 quid blimey your loaded lol. In the s78 letter your going to send them, just add a couple of things. Not only ask for a copy off the original agreement also ask for a copy of the deed of asignment and a copy of the notice of asignment. That seems to work when sending them requests. Gaz
