Hi all update a load of print out statements have been sent to me dont make sense:| lowell have said in there letter they are intitled to receive a payment in the next 7days all they going to instruct there solicitors to issue legal proceedings against me with out further notice they are saying cap1 nor themselves are aware of any reason for non-payment

Well i have received a formal demand now from robboway HBOS have authorised them( it was not long ago they authorised moorcroft) to recover the full amount i owe shown above THIS IS A FORMAL NOTICE OF INTENDED COURT ACTION, we MAY take action unless i pay the full amount i owe within 10days of the date of this letter if court action is taken and a court considers your faliure to pay to be due to your refusal or neglect to pay, an order for repayment may be made, if you fail to pay in accordance with a court payment order the following MAY occur A process of enforcement by court officers A order for deductions from my earnings A unpaid court order MAY make credit difficult to obtain this problem account will not go away or be fogotten it makes sese to pay now PAYMENT MUST BE NOW MADE TO ROBINSON WAY NOT HBOS COLLECTION MANAGER that would be scary for some one who did not now there wrights what do you think folks:roll:

Alternatively, instead of appling for a ccj We could (if your accounts meets the certain criteria) serve a statutory demand upon you and where you do not then repay petition for your bankruptcy. If you were to be made bankrupt you could lose rights or benefits in relation to the property you own.
