hi all just had a statement a month late from Very, adding on missed payment charge, since the letter in Nov when they say they are no longer pursuing me for the debt... have spoken to someone today, who says they are no longer in charge of debt but its been sold on to 'national debt recovery' a quick search on here says they are in with 'littlewoods' (now very)... havent heard yet from this DCA... what will be my first thing to do when i do please??... ****ive just rang consumer direct who say i should send a copy of the letter saying they are no longer pursuing the debt to the DCA and to Very telling them to stop etc........***

I feel unfairly treated, i won my case hands down and fair and square, WHY do THEY think they are Correct?

ive just pottered thru the papers submitted, they go to say that hfo ireland bought my debt july 08, but they still submit the 'account sale agreement' with the paperwork, hfo capital cayman dated sept 2006, with no new account sale agreement for the 2008 debts... roy chubby brown 'who the frick is alice!'

hi doc, i did think it was an odd letter, but the envelope has the address of kings meadow on the back, so i assume this is definately from m and s. am in the process of sorting out a call to M and S....

thanks for them replies patrick and john... i shall let everyone know what they are appealing against (i assume its over the confusion of who owns the debt, clarified with this new M and S letter sent to me last week... will be their new evidence i guess?...) have a fab christmas all xxx

hi DB, yes they've appealed, the court hasnt got the file yet, but will in the next few days. judge will make a decision if there is scope for appeal the week of the 4th jan...

hi guys... ive had a letter from the court today 'notice of transfer of proceedings'... saying as a result of an order made on 17th dec (??? on phone to court as we speak as dont know what order was made??)... its being transferred to another county court HFO Capital have appealed the judges decision, so as the court it was originally heard in doesnt have an appeal judge, its been transferred to one that has.. he is back on the 4th jan... GRRRR..hoping the judge sees their crap!!.
