i wont have same judge, its at a different court this time...

im back from where i went lol... it just says it is ordered that 1, there be permission to appeal and 2, the appeal be listed for directions tomorrow allowing 30 mins....

10 am tomoz... she said HFO should attend, so i will be now too... what do i need to prepare guys..

im confused as normal... ive my own longwinded thread, sorry for hijacking... the case was dismissed, judge confused over who owned debt, HFOC or HFOS... and the CCA was poor

its already been in court pt, i won, but HFO appealed, my directions hearing is tuesday.. think it will be ok, but you never know how it will swing....

my day of reckoning is tuesday... do i call court at end of day see what verdict is, or wait for a letter?

can anyone tell me the address i can send the photocopied letter i have confirming they no longer ar pursuing the debt.. havent heard from 'national debt recovery yet....

advisor - 'your debt is no longer with us, it was sold to a company called 'roxburge'...... on the phone cant find letter i sent grrrrr....ive had to email the letter now, and they will email me back.. thats fine isnt it.?...
