hi is your car auto as i have suffered similar my dash display dissappears and the gearbox changes as and when .what does a sim module do ?

hammy i have a vectra with triptronic gear shift it keeps changing gear willy nilly and i lose the dash display any ideas

got my second letter today have followed the links and am now sending them template letter no.2 thanks to michael browns great work,will keep you informed as to the outcome.

currys were your point of sale they are your first contact point and duly bound for the first year of warranty to undertake repairs or replace any purchase found faulty due to manufacturing .you are required to return the item to the point of sale store they then return to main agent (sony)if all else fail try cab good luck

can anyone tell me do i have to reply to ukpc with the "stop and desist" or can i simply ignore their letters ?are there any reasons why i should reply legally,by not replying am i dropping myself in it ? thanks

hi , you dont need to pay these people they cant enforce it read the threads send the template letters and if you still feel bad send a donation to a charity of some kind but dont give in and pay these people.

can the council refuse a meeting either formal or not ?

is there any way we can force the council so that we can adopt their t/c's :? ,in total there are 8 member in our team ,2 are originally ex council workers tupe over to plc then to council,4 are plc tupe over to council ,and 2 are council workers at enhanced rate of pay to us so in total there are 6 ex plc workers working on tupe contracts and 2 working on council contracts. one last thing the council workers get london weighting we don't is that correct thanks for your help

have asked for a formal meeting with the council with a union rep present ,the council have refused saying that they have no proposals for us (the ex plc workers)it is now causing problems with the council staff we dont want to work with them but we are expected to train all new members joining our team,we earn less and boss's want us us to train newcomers to earn more no way

hi dont know to much about the legals but if no training given on how to deal with the situation then the onus is on the employer not ee,employer must be able to prove training to afford blame, i.e warehouse persons must be trained to lift correctly to avoid back problems and sign a record of completion,i would suggest the same applies to your husband,as for being demoted i think he has grounds to appeal would also use acas regards paul

hi i was tupe over 2yrs ago last october to the greenwich council from a plc ,the council are saying we are not entitled to any of the pay settlements agreed since we joined them ,but any new member of staff recruted since is entitled is this right can any one help me also the new members are getting inner london weighting ,we dont ,any ideas gatefully recieved
