  1. hi all, think i have won with ukpc have not heard a thing now for at least 2 months now, last thing i did was to call hunter forrest to confirm that the so called debt was in dispute and to refer back to ukpc since then all quite on the western front
  2. hi is your car auto as i have suffered similar my dash display dissappears and the gearbox changes as and when .what does a sim module do ?
  3. hammy i have a vectra with triptronic gear shift it keeps changing gear willy nilly and i lose the dash display any ideas
  4. got my second letter today have followed the links and am now sending them template letter no.2 thanks to michael browns great work,will keep you informed as to the outcome.
  5. currys were your point of sale they are your first contact point and duly bound for the first year of warranty to undertake repairs or replace any purchase found faulty due to manufacturing .you are required to return the item to the point of sale store they then return to main agent (sony)if all else fail try cab good luck
  6. can anyone tell me do i have to reply to ukpc with the "stop and desist" or can i simply ignore their letters ?are there any reasons why i should reply legally,by not replying am i dropping myself in it ? thanks

  8. hi , you dont need to pay these people they cant enforce it read the threads send the template letters and if you still feel bad send a donation to a charity of some kind but dont give in and pay these people.
