  1. Thanks citizenb,should the terms be original,as how can you be sure what you signed for.Also any variation, should you not have received a letter about them?

Please try and answer the questions above,also how did Wescotts get involved ,did you miss payments,Try to get info from them and and write only to them ,keep all letters from them and you.I think CCA them both just to get as much info.Write a letter as above asking how wescotts got all your personal details,make them work it .
  7. You said you had requested copies of your agreements from Lloyds,can you say in what way you requested them ie 77/78 request.also how old would your agreements be

If you have not wrote any latters yet try this untill you have more info,recorded Dear Sir/Madam Could you please inform me about account ********** Who you are and why you are in possession of personal data and the name of the person who has passed this data onto your selves? I would also like all the information you hold on myself and any documents relevant to the above account number .You are aware of the Data Protection Act and therefore should reply within 14 days as this is in a serious dispute status, it is your duty to correspond with myself. If there is any reason you cannot comply with this request, I would like you to inform me and the reasons why. Yours sincerely

You could also write a letter to Wescott asking who they are and howcome they are in possesion of your personal details ,if they write back and say lloyds ,ask who at lloyds passed on the info/,how are they holding info on you/ and with what right.Just delay tactics but also you should gain info.You cannot give money away to anyone that asks you to in a letter without proof.Hope all goes well

As you all say they can monitor as they like ,however it has to be reasonably,i think it was not, BUT i will not rise to this **** and just defend if he starts again about it,as when i first asked him why he was asking he just said ,,i can if i want,,and i beleive he should have given a proper reason such as we needed to contact you /or a job come up who was closest

Sorry all..I was asked why i was at a place for a hour when it normally can take an hour anyway ,,this happened after their was an argument with another member of the workforce who happened to be working with me at the next job.The suppa that asked me i think was having a go at me because i stood up for my workforce member.So can he use it in this way,,their is not a problem with anything i have doneother than support my colleage,sorry about the spelling,hope all is clearer

  20. I have spoken on the phone to them and they said ,,lost or never sent in,,but after 4 weeks to claim this is silly ,as,if in normal way of things if they were a day late they would have phoned me,

Left company in Dec, put in t/sheet as normal approx 4 weeks later i am told they have lost t/sheet .So made new t/sheet with what info i have and told them that they could work out the unfilled hours with report sheets they should have.Now they say they are short of approx 6 hours in the report sheets,as report sheets are not allways put in for hours for certain things i cannot remember these 6 hours on the last week i was there .They say they will not pay these hours.ANY help would be good,many thanks
