Hi At the claim from court stage ,it says Monies owed by the defendant on a credit agreement held by the defendant with bank and an account Number A default notice was served /not been complied with Sale between Bank and Debt collection company The above is what the claim form said, no dates , no clues as to what account it is . I had lots of things happening at that time, I was fighting the banks every step of the way and I believed I had left that all behind me . It is not a small amount but I am sure it is over 6 years old.

Claim for a believed statue barred debt has arrived. I am going to defend all. About 8 years I had problems with debt and believe sorted them all out. I do not recognise any of the figures on the claim form . Any help appreciated. I intend to fill in the Acknowledgment form. Do I send in the defence page at the same time because I am not sure of any details of the debt [it might be one I missed in the early years]. Any help would be appreciated ,thanks

You, must write LETTERS,that way you have proof of what they say .You still need proof of the amounts involved.Who from lloyds has passed on your personal details, and with whatright ,what agreements ,all and any paperwork they say you signed.Reply to every letter they send you but no more ,put them on the backstep allthe time .YOU need proof of the amounts they say you owe.Good luck [i am sure someone better will be along to advise]

Maybe you just play along with them, i am not sure .Could it be over 6 years that you paid anything.Or do nothing

Did they keep the £1 from the first request.I think you should send strong letter asking if they can now supply or are they wasting your time .You still need to know if they do have anything, hopfully not .good luck

Did you keep a copy of the first request for the agreement or at the least the date of it

My daughter just got scamed, she was called and sold insurance for her new phone,,she paid by bank card over phone.after she relised she was called by a mobile, checked with phone company who said not them. She cancelled her card and phoned police all within 1hour,so be careful. Now then the intresting bit is that the caller knew all her details down to the phone details and the bank is saying she will not get her money back as she gave her details willingly.Ok she did but the caller knew all her details ,any advice most wellcome.many thanks

I would advise letters would be better and keep copy of yours and theirs.

Sounds like serious dispute and creation has no right to pass on your details, maybe a letter to say that would be good
-
I think you should ask who passed on your personal details and the name of that person ,who gave them permission todo this or just nothing untill another letter sent to you .What did the letter say

I thought it had all been sorted ,never mind you are still in a strong position ,good luck, will be watching
