Halifax credit card have only offered £75.00 ,I asked for £186.00 plus £24.00 in interest. They have included an acceptance form for me to agree a full and final settlement.Has anyone else had this? This is after an lba .It has taken ages for them to get to this stage!!! Do they usually pay if taken to court? What do I do now?!!!! PINADAGOLF LADY:rolleyes:

Sent a letter 2 weeks ago requesting refunds of late payment and over limit fees for halifax credit card no reply!!!! It seems I will have to take them to court!!! Has anyone else done this with their halifax card? Pinadagolf [lady]

Hello Barclaycard have paid about 25% of my claim for mastercard and visa. Should I make I make 2 separate claims through money claim online? I have added 8% to both cards.I heard that banks were not going to settle any claims until the conclusion of the High Court case, so wondered if I should delay my claim. Please can someone advise? Thankyou jubaxt for your reply.I telephoned the Halifax, they put me through to a dedicated line dealing with statement requests, I left details on an answer phone!!Received a letter today which said I have ordered them for you!!! ie.55 days late! Expect them in the next 2weeks, Signed Sunny Rayan ,Data Subject Access Request Team. I expect it will be quicker than contacting the Information Commissioner? Regards Pinadagolf

Still waiting for halifax credit card statements!! Sent request 54 days ago.I have sent a letter giving them 7 days and then I would report them to the Information Com.7DAYS NOW UP.I have phoned twice! Has anyone else had this problem please? Pinadagolf:(

Still awaiting some microfiche statements from Barclaycard. 40 days now up! Submitted those I received for payment. They sent a quarter of the amount owed!!I think its time to file a moneyclaim online for the rest, plus interest at 8%!! Good Luck ,Pinadagolf
