The Joseph James law was for ppi and had emailed them to stop as I was doing myself and refused to sign the act on my behalf forms they kept sending me X I'm more concerned about Joseph James law ignoring the DMP and they're very rude emails saying tough the court papers stand and after 60 days breathing space will send enforcement officers round . Have set up a DMP with step change and also got 60 day breathing space Joseph James law are on list of creditors I advised them I was starting a DMp on 3rd November they replied with sorry no repayments have been made we are now taking it to court I then sent over the breathing space letter the next day but they advised court action is still going ahead after the 60 days they really are horrid replies . I've emailed step change but could do with advice if goes to court .

Hi need advice worked for a company for 2 and half months, i went off sick with stress due to bullying and unprofessional behavior by the Manager, worked full month in April, half a month in May and sick leave until end of June. I resigned my position as i couldnt go back.. I have just received a letter from them saying they overpaid me by 1500.00. I checked my bank statements and was paid 1 full month salary of 1146. in April, May was 180.00 and June a payment of 600 should have been paid but was returned by the company. as i didnt work. There records are showing i received over 1700 in april (overpayment of 600 The 600 they took back is showing as paid but wasnt. I REALLY dont know what they are doing. Can anyone advise me please.

just got letter this morning..im just paying a token gesture of 1.00 as this is all I can afford.they attached a bank mandate form which im not complying to..im paying in a pound to there bank account every month now.. .

after putting in a complaint with OFT..who are now investigating the MMF, I received a letter this morning stating I am right in stating no visit unless a appointment as been made.. But this doesn't apply to creditors so LOL ..so we give you notice that our agent will be calling. .Well go ahead idiots. .OFT actually replied when I mentioned there names. ..Oh no not them. ..so im paying in 1.00 per month as my rent which is in arrears comes first .. just thought I would update you..

it came from a mobile no. .and also received this message in email ..i have been told to ring police by the cab ..as this is harassment and threatening. I believe from what the ICO said to me this morning. .they are aware of mmf.

this mike guy at mmf is really scaring me. .just had text from him.. "coming to visit you unannounced" will be there in 4 days..." omg...they are not listening. .emailed them again yesterday to say contact in writing only ..sent off letter to them that you put up for me. Am not disputing debt have offered a pound a month. .but had nothing at all back. .no letters. .just emails and texts. .warning home visit ..I find the texts threatening. .and have warned them I will show them to the police.

they rung on Friday..and left her a message..she rang back saying I don't live there...they rung her again on Saturday from a guy called mike who told her he was coming round to visit as I was ignoring the calls...she had a go at him explaining he was discussing personal things when she wasn't me...physically sick...and embarrassed..

hi all just had a call from my boss. .stating she had a call from mmf going to visit her home. ..she told them I don't live there. .was really embarrassed. ..can they do this ..i felt sick knowing they contact her and am being bullied daily by them. ..Im on jobseekers have arrears with my rent ..so all I have is going to them.. .anyadvice. .my boss is really understanding. .but this should not be allowed..

ok..well the letter not been sent yet...i honestly couldnt take it anymore today..i was getting dehydrated after 6 hours without a break...and just getting a drink made her angry...so i just walked out...xxxx maybe this was stupid...but i think i just snapped..

i appreciate all your help...i have never been trained at any of those you mentioned..not been given a contract...i did try to stand up for myself today...but just got told to walk if i dont like it..i carried on..but the heat was too much..and went to get a drink...the head housekeeper was angry i did this..and told me to just get my rooms done...she has been the main problem...bullying..and telling me my job is at risk..she was doing rooms that were not needed..when should have got the rooms ready with me for the guests...i did try to tell her..but wouldnt listen....i have sent a letter in to the manager of hotel stating reasons i walked out..and will be seeking constructive dismissal...

hi need advice i started employment as a housekeeper in may..never having worked in the industry..was given a 4 hour shift as a trial..and offered the position..full time..loved the job and head housekeeper said my work was fine..over the last month,i was informed it was casual work..and only allowed a break when not busy...well i have been working 7 hours shifts flat out and was told a break was not allowed..during the heatwave..i got ill carried on working..and reprimanded for getting a drink..i asked for my contract what it said..and was told i dont need one.. well today was the last straw...in was instructed by head housekeeper that 2 rooms were needed at 12.15 at 11.30 was told i had to do both..i felt this unfair as we are given 45 min per room..i got told i was too slow..and had no time to drink... i was also informed by a collegue at the hotel my job was on the line..and have felt constantly picked on..i do my work and even stay late over my shift to help out....well today after being ill and not allowed to drink..i came home..this has been going on for weeks...i was given no training,health and safety lessons, had no idea where fire escapes were...i worked this out for myself...was told off about my clothes...UNIFORM not provided... can someone help me if i can do anything...

hi.just an update for you. .today received final response letter with regards to an alleged outstanding amount. .HM COURTS AND TRIBUNAL SERVICES ..notified welcome we had no amount outstanding and the account had been paid in full.. .Welcome have told me YES THE COURT had made assertions and i still have the sum of 289.76 outstanding ..they also admitted to selling the debt on to a third party ..this debt was paid for through the courts ..and am now very angry with welcome.. .the outstanding balance came as a shock ..and out of the blue with nothing ever contacting us over this.. .i know its only 296.00 but i feel welcome are fleecing me. ..can someone guide me as what to do.. ..thanks..

hi can you help..i took out a pay day loan with tls..due to pay back last friday..i got made redundant and knew i wouldnt have money to cover it..so contacted them... i have just checked my bank account and received letter from my bank stating they have allowed payments of 225 to be taken and have given me an unplanned overdraft..payments were for tls..who emailed me stating my account is now cleared and paid...surely if i didnt have money in account they were able to do this....i get only jsa money...and would have been happy to pay the loan store 10 per fortnight..now i have a 225 unplanned overdraft..they are going to charge me 5.00 per day til it is paid...help please...i dont agree with this..

can someone guide me as what to do. .i have been told now im not getting the refund. as it is being offset against the account. ..this was settled over 9 years ago. .and have never been chased for any payments. .nothing on my credit report.. .they sent me offer letter and form to fill in with my bank details so they can refund.. ..now saying a letter has gone out to me stating they now are not paying me as i owe.. .well this is news to me. ..i have nothing now to show i paid it.. .not after 9 years. ..lol.. ..any ideas what i can do....

well successfully claimied back my ppi..offer acceptance letter sent recorded delivery 18th April....now just waiting for money to go in account....thankyou for your help....now just waiting for welcom finance...they upheld my complaint and now waiting for offer letter from them.... happy days..

hi..have been on to welcome.. informed them i settled the account through the court in feb 2011. ..their response was ..the court informed us (welcome) we could not afford to pay.. so welcome then gave them a settlement figure..(news to us). .all our debts when we took out the admin order were listed with amounts owed. ..the court has paid all the creditors ..as i said to welcome if they gave the court a settlement figure ..that means settlement. . and no outstanding balance ...i have now been told to not accept the offer but to put complaint in writing. .I intend to do so.. ..they have informed me the outstanding balance was the amount outstanding after the settlement figure.. .work that out...lol.. ..im not accepting as this is 300 pound they are trying to take off me ...xxx fight continues....
