hello everyone how have you all got on with cabot? after a long period now they have sent me a letter about making payments no havent paid now i have a letter stating if i dont respond they will either heres the options bailiffs cout action arresment of wages etc etc there normal and they are saying the cca is true copy what when they/vanquis struck out my old address and wrote in the new address i didnt havew the bloomin card at my old address i had it scanned and turne3d out to be untrue wasnt a true copy they wont give up do they any advise please tyvm abg

Hi Hillards, I was wondering where you were thankyou for your most welcomed reply, in asnwer to your last bit of your letter it reads on my letter We We would take futher action my account is now been escalated to the next stage o f our collections etc then again says if we dont hear from you one of the following will occur then what i put in last post at the very end of letter says it is most important to contact us urgently but i did everything that i was advised to do, on here and the cca was scanned on here thats how i know it isnt a true copy and they had (vanquis)crossed out my previous address and put my home address where i am now, it is in here the cca somewhere i will look at it for you to see tyvvm for everything look forward to hearing from you next time take care abg

hello cabot are saying it is a true copy i know it isnt heres is the latest i have gI got the copy from cabot, which means they got the cca from vanquiss and they sent me a copy. now i have this morning got another letter your account has been escalated to our pre litigation department i dont know what to do and i have noticed that the amount has gone up again to £1603.44 so more charges have been added this amount is nearly all charges from vanquis. cabot also says in there letter that one of the following will occur warrent of execution chargeing order attachment of earning order to obtain information external debt collection agency/legal agency i dont know what to do or do i just give up and offer 50p a month i disagree cause most of the amount here is made up from charges ty for any help and advice abg ot from them

hello all, I am having the same probs, I have told cahoot that it is a false cca they wrote back and said it is a true copy i was told on here that it wasnt and someone had crossed my old address out and put my new one in when i told cahoot this they replied saying more or less it is ok and it is a true copy and they want there money what do i do now abg

i havent heard from ca sice sending the letter about not a true copy will let you know if i hear take care abg

they do pass us around to diffrent ones dont they just send them the same as u have to crapbot, i today have got another letter from them asking for a one off reduced payment i have told them it is not a true copy also they crossed out my old address and put the new address in

Hello All Again I Have Put This In My Thread Too Well I Have Got Two Letters Again From Bc&wells This Time They Say That Despite Reminds Etc The Norm They Are Now Going To Take Me To Court At A Local Court I Have Contacted Them And Now I Dont Know What To Say Please Can Anyone Help J D Williams Reliable Collections As Im Not Sure I Did Get In My Eyes A False Cca A Good While Ago But They Had Handwritten My Name And Address And Sent It Me Photocopied To Me This Is Not A True Copy Plus I Am Going To Reclaim All Charges,fees Etc As The Amound Thay Are Asking Is Mainly All In There Charges,fees Leeter Fees Interest Tyvm For All Your Help Abg

hi all my hubby has just had a call from wf, at the moment direct group is paying our w.f due to hubby being retired with ill health now they know he will never return to work and they have even sent him for medicals etc so they know this anyway what i am asking is the guy said have u been on holiday lately no hubby said which is true, but he somehow knew that we are going to india in november how the hell did he find this out? husbby said yes it is a bithday present for his 50th is there anything i can do or can they find out this info if so how has he done this from welcome fiance abg

well here it is please can anyone scan this to see if it is a true copy or not i think it isnt as i have said in my previous post below i wasnt living at this addy when i took out vanquis yet they have crossed my old addy out and put well wrote my home addy in where i am now surely this is illegal and can be done for this? lets face it if we did something like this we would be done for it wouldnt we or do they get away with it being a company?
