  4. I wonder how well respected Brunell Frankin Brunel Franklin & Company Limited are, are they one of those companies that take a cut of pay outs? But they spell out the problem very well
  5. hehe, I think the sweat, blood and tears that splashed up from the keyboard at the furious speed I was typing made enough mess of the screen and I expect the FOS had itchy ears with the verbal coming out of my mouth at the time..........
  6. Hi Val, have read through the summary and its so unfair, all that hard work that crfx has done, but maybe it will strike up awareness with the legal eagles that be. On another note, lets hope Judge Hicki has been busy penning our letters today!
  7. hot footing to take a look...
  8. Done in 1 minute, even thought I wrote an essay in the comments box!!!
  9. Tell me about it slick!! me and olden are the stay lifting never say die team!! But we do have the Judgement been passed tomorrow by Judge and should have notification of all his reasons within 5 days, will post up when received, hopefully before Yankee goes to court so she/he can add a few more arguements to the Judge!
  10. Hi, take a look at my thread smutley v and also Olden v and also Cardiff Directions V ........ we had a hearing to lift the stay and the notice did not include any directions re bundles etc., from our experience on the day you need to take with you your skeleton argument and be prepared to state your reasons why you want the stay lifted. We did submit basic bundles to the court - mine was actually the day before the hearing and there was no need to submit to barclays. I took one along for the b's solicitor but she didnt want it anyway. So I wouldnt panic about a bundle, just submit the basic one on here for the judge and ring the court to double check if you need to give one to barclays but I think not. Good luck, but think the outcome a foregone conclusion! If appealing on grounds of hardship have your arguement thought out and paperwork to back up.
  11. Hi MB, reading the email that Val (Olden) had from Alan F it looks like if you are claiming for the stay to be lifted under the hardship clause, the Daily Mail are interested in hearing from anyone - prob going to do a feature article and looking for cases that they can use.
  12. NOTICE OF JUDGEMENT HEARING 30 OCT AT 10.45 FOR 5 MINS - NO ATTENDANCE REQUIRED Rang ccc - the Judge has to officially lay down his reasons for not lifting the stay at the hearing on the 19th Oct and we will receive his judgement in letter format within 5 days. So this will be the exciting letter we have been waiting for which may be to our benefit... the mind boggles!
  13. lol darn it is a bit of a 'drop in centre' here! A new name might be a good idea! Val, dont know why your emails are going to spam, will take a look at mine, but need someone to pm me first!
  14. You poor thing Val, just when you needed your energy, was it something you ate, might be the stress of court and then oh with his op... you deserve a rest so hopefully next week, half term, you can sit back and take a break xxx Jenny
  15. Hi Val, not sure if I technically can use the hardship option, my working tax credit goes into a different account as the one I am claiming for. But I suspose I am still in receipt... so what details do they need, claim number, brief details?
