Oi you lot I'll have you know I was up very,very early this morning.....not very "with it" tho..., its taken me this long to come round!! After looking through numerous threads again, I'm not sure if I have made a boo-boo! When u mention updated schedule charges - does this mean I have to go through it all each time to alter? I havn't, dunno why I didnt think about this before, I have just sent the ones I have saved. Is this ok?

Once again I thank u Lats.

I have sent them this letter but will change some of the wording slightly.

With regards to the T/C's, '96 is the closest to when I opened my account - which part is it that I have to highlight on these? And for the ones for the mid-part of my claim (say 2003) wot needs highlighting there?

Hi Manic - yep same place and time as you and according to the courts there are between 300 - 400 to be heard that day!!!! how they will get through em all i dont know! But as lots of people on this site have said - they dont usually go all the way...

Spoke to the court today and he said to send in all the paperwork before the hearing date so this is the court bundle yes?

Lats - wording it as if i am going to a tea party sounds fab, though some help would be appreciated greatly as I'm not the greatest in letter writing.

Yep I have sent directions in. Sorry to be a pain but want it all nice and clear in my head (everything takes a while to sink in), do i now just wait to see if its granted - if it is send bundle or does bundle go before its been agreed? If i dont hear from court - what do i take on the day
