I'm with you Bookie, so many people will think the tories offer a better deal...but they probably only know of Thatcher through that wonderful thing...selective memory! The Tories have never done anything to benefit the ordinary person...they are campaigning to benefit themselves and their own 'class'. Whilst I mourn the loss of of Socialism in Labour, I still feel that we have more hope of equality with a Labour Government.

Hi Echo, again exactly the same letter as I got. I ignored it. The allocation questionnaire arrived from the the court a few days later. They still haven't responded to my CPR31.14 either. I took my AQ in yesterday. Just wait for that to arrive. All the best.

I got my AQ to the court yesterday. This morning I received a copy of the claimants AQ from Weightmans. I'm confused to say the least. The AQ I was sent to fill in was an N149, they have filled in an N150. In Section A Settlement it asks if they want a stay of 1 month to attempt settlement they have ticked No. Then in Section H Other information they have put..... In light of the issues raised in the defence the claimant feels that there is a possibility of stllement terms being agreed. In furtherance of the overriding objectives we therefore respectfully request that the claim be stayed for 1 month. In section C part 2, they have ticked Yes to having exchanged information/documents (evidence) with the other party......obviously a different party to the one I went to! They are going to call a witness...witness to which facts is TBC...I'm guessing that means to be confirmed. Surely they know that already!

Love & hugs to you Sosumi. I really do empathise. I'm in a similar position in quite a few ways. Mum very ill,my need for psychotropic medication, age related hormonal changes (no HRT as I have mini strokes). My memory is awful too, and medication has become a trial, I now use a box with the days on each chamber. I also have sight problems...I've been told that some anti-depressants can affect your eye sight, but the opticians just put it down to age. Good for you stopping smoking....b*gger I started last year. I know the feeling where you are too tired to fight the DCAs, I feel like that too most of the time, but hey Sosumi we are strong enough to fight them. We have support. Don't let them grind you down. I'd pack them Wino...its freezing cold. We have had a forecast of heavy snow, the sky looks full of it, but it keeps going from snow to rain at the moment. The birds in the garden are behaving as if its due though, they always get very greedy when snow is imminent or around.

Hi, I have to have my AQ N149 in tomorrow. I've printed off the Draft Order for Directions, but I'm struggling a bit with the Section G Other Information. I'm going to use as per post 54. I was supplied with a poor copy of an application form prior to the issue of the court claim....do I need to put this in? Thanks.

I just can't find the words to express how I feel after reading and watching about this. I'm disgusted by such an obvious cover up of this sub human behaviour by people we are expected to trust, and I'm so saddened for their victims. Once again we see the elite closing ranks to protect their own sick and vile appetites. I do hope that the courageous people who have managed to expose this so far carry on and expose the whole rotten barrel. How can we offer support?
