Companys who send out letters you dont want on Fridays so you get them Saturday and you cant ring them up and tell them to sod off untill Monday or they email you at 5.33 on a friday night so you know they have have gone home and you are seething -
If A Court says that a Mortgage Company has over charged you and orders that Mortgage company to pay the money back are the original chrges Fraud by the mortgage company or theft by the mortgage company or what If you then have to pay the mortgage companys costs for that hearing as ordered by the Judge which proved that they had over charged you is that fair we are talking in ten's of thousands of pounds here Where is the redress

It was not wether they were unfair but wether the OFT can say whats fair or not they have left a little door open but as martin lewis says they need to do a lot of reading and a lot checking the law Its not over yet Any way they may well not have paid up for some time as it would all have to be assessed It affects an awful lot of people lets just hope someone finds a way round this

I am waiting for our offer we have been told it is complicated so will take up to 4 weeks The way I look at it 46,000 people are going to be offered refunds how many of those will look on this or other sites they will send out the offers and cheques and deal with us troublesome ones last how many 500 a 1000 I will not rest untill I get a fair deal if it means going back to the FSA

We have been banging away at GMAC for 5 years now about the unfair treatment they doles out and as late as the Summer they were still denying it while working with the FSA they just dont lear we got a letter yesterday in reply to one of ours a week ago saying they were going to look into our case if they think there just going to pay us back the penalty fees We llost our house because of them it wasnt repossessed we sold under a court order that was unfair and it has cost us dear I will fight on till they pay us back every penny and compensation for their lies in court

Yes they have insituted an enquiry into our case at last after 5 years Ellen where and when is thast written I new about it but \i need chapeter and verse -

I have a dispute with GMAC can you tell me the law or guide lines relating to what are arreas and what are penalty charges and what can be added to the mortgae as arreas and what is added at the end im notclear about this -

Smile are the limit now if they return a cheque they dont take the 30.00 out of your account for 30 days then charge you 20.00 for doing it how fair is that and when you send them a secure message they dont reply for at least 36hrs and not then I had to phone them it makes me made

not a lot long letters between us and the Chief executive trying to get them to refund charges and pay compnsation just trying to prove that they lied in court
