Does it detect dear they eat anything we put in So I Have A WILDLIFE GARDEN weeds in abundance to feed all those insects and birds all those different grasses a haven for wild life and for me a deck chair on the patio -

I agree but if it was unfair terms and conditions then it must have been before I have a good mind to issue a claim

A complaint to the law society will uncover if the solicitor has done something wrong its not difficult and as solicitor was acting for her if he has done wrong he can be ordered to compensate her

Ok got a refund a fraction of what they took If these charges are unfair and refundable on the 24th October 2004 why arent they unfair before that Think I might test it in the samll claims court:D

I understand that if Jo doesnt go to a greivence hearing the company will be intitled to have it without her she could also loose her holiday pay she is owing -

Am going to help Jo with her Letter on Monday ( we live close) no hearing full notice given requires holiday pay if they are prepared for her to have a months notice she will take it no further communication any thing else we should add bearing in mind Jo just wants to leave and not pursue them for anything or anything we should leave out -
