  4. You cannot have the same case heard twice so one claim will stop when the other concludes. You can pursue elements which are for related, but not the same, matter.

  5. Thanks @BankFodder Yes, I have a reminder to check the MCOL website every few days for any update - none so far. I am hoping for the best, preparing for the worst Will carry on with the reading of posts/threads of other members who have also battled with Evri.

  6. You've sent off the N180/DQ, and got the evidence from the fleecers, so the immediate tasks are done. Ar some point the case will be allocated to your local court and they will inform you. The best thing to do is to use this "down time" to read similar threads so you get up to speed with the court process.

  7. Well, you've slagged yourself off so I won't twist the knife! What is worrying is that AOS should have been done six days ago and it's perfectly possible that the fleecers have entered judgement by default. While it's understandable to have called BW Legal, your call may have alerted them too to the need to enter judgement. The only hope is that these charlatans have a long list of motorists to fleece, and they haven't got round to you yet. As Nicky Boy says, please tell us exactly what you filed and how.
