It might be an idea to post this in the Abbey forum. This does happen quite often with most banks. You will now have to wait to see what the defence is, which should be received by you soon. Keep us updated on your own thread in the Abbey forum. When you have the defence, we can look at it and go from there.

Abbeys Defence As Follows

Defendant Denies All Allegations

2.at All Times Account As Been Subject To Applicable Terms And Conditions

3.whilst Holding The Account I Have Received Many Copies Of Terms And Conditions And Tarrifs.

5. Any Overdraft Facility Is Subject To Condions

6. The Claimant Has Overdrawn Or Exceeded Overdraft Limits On The Account Several Times Details To Be Submitted On Disclosure.

7. Therefore The Defendant Denies The Amount Of £4701.61 Or Any Other Amount Was Unlawfully Debited To The Account And The Claimants Claim Is Denied

8 I Also Have Apparantly Breached My Contract Andthe Fees Reflect The Defendants Admin Expenses.

9.the Defendant Denies All Interest Charges

10.no Admissions Are Made As To The Amounts Claimed By The The Claimant And The Claimant Is Put To Stict Proof Of The Same.

 

All This After 7 Months And An Offer Of
