Received 2 statements today aug 2001 and feb 2002.

looks like that account wasn't used much which I find odd as it was our standing order account, the charges I was thinking about must have been before that time and there was a lot.

I am going to make out my spreadsheets going back to 2001.

I am thinking that now I have to go for the full SAR and try and claim going back further than 5-6 years.

At this time am I wasting my time regarding the test case etc and will they allow pre 6 year claims.

You will be best to go for the whole lot at once as you can use CYNthesys as a reason for pre-6 year charges. Look at the stickies at the top of this forum for further info on this.
