please help with court bundle

Hi, i have a court date through and the court has said each party now needs to exchange statements of the case (witness statements).

 

I there a generic one available, or what do i need to write/include???

yes, it's a pain, but your gonna need to do three copies of court bundles

cost me about £40 to get 6 yrs statements photocopied 3 times at Kall Kwik

 

you need

 

1 for you

1 for court

1 for barclays litigation team

 

yes you need all your statements in all three

 

 

the court bundle isn 't as hard as it seems, there are links all over this site for the bits you need, simply print them out, adding you relevant information, and away you go.

 

i'm sure someone will come up with the links quicker than me....

you need to add in a schedule of charges, if you haven't already, use one of the calculators on this site to work out interest if you want to claim it.

you need to add a statement of evidence, not sure if this is the best one to use,....... but i used and modified the one in post #34 of this thread:
