This is our first post of many I am sure. Hello to all on the Nationwide threads. Fresh from our victory over HSBC (Highest Sodding Bank Charges) we are about to embark on a mission against the Nationwide.

Given that these bank animals behave slightly differently anyone want to offer some early advice on the latest pitfalls against the Nationwide?

Regards

Dinky

I am just about to too.

HSBC finally paid up last Thursday 5th July - I sent my first letter to them end of October last year!!

Heres hoping Nationwide won't be the same.

I am just looking around for inspiration from others at Nationwide trying to judge the time scale - how far have you got!

I 've requested the charges back twice - no response what so ever.

So I am ready to file the MCOL

Good Luck

Hi Dinkydoo, i'm sure you know all there is to know having won HSBC.

What i would say are Nationwide are slow to respond and will force you to take them to court or the F/O.

Get whats rightfully yours and read the posts on the NW.

Good luck.

:)
