Just my luck.

First I decide to use a company to get back my charges.

They then take 3 months just to finally decide to take nationwide to court via N1 through courts , using their own solicitor.

I rang Nationwide today asking for an update on my account , they informed me that they have no knowledge of calim being raised.

I rang FRL the company dealing with my case , informing them about this , they informed me that this has happened before and that Nationwide on occasions either lose paperwork accidently or choose to lose it. So in my case as there has been no response + nationwide claim not to have recieved claim , although I am assured that everything was sent by recorded delivery and evidence can shown at court.

So now I am awaiting for their solicitor to handle my case via the courts.

Does anybody have any experience of this and what length of time it takes on average to get a court hearing.

kindest regards

from a gutted Northdesk [ was hoping to see some money in my account today as the 28 days was up last friday]
