How much are you claiming Tyler? Sounds like scare tactics to me and absolutely absurd! They've had enough claims now that they should have done most of the work so that sounds like intimidation to me.

Tyler,

I've had a similar figure given to me. Any costs are subject to assessment, and yes, they are scare tactics. My claim is for quite a large amount, but their actual costs will be based on actual work expenses and are not proportionate as to the size of the claim.

Zoot, any advice on the Court bundle? Sounds like a short hearing.

Costs are to a certain extent at the discretion of the judge. With that in mind, and in the current climate, I would say that Clydesdale's chances of getting £50,000 costs are somewhere around zero. I would think you've got more chance of getting costs against them for wasting your time!

Robertxc v. Abbey - £3300 Settled in full

Robertxc v. Clydesdale - £750 Settled in full

Nationwide v. Robertxc - £2000 overdraft wiped out, Default removed by order of the sheriff

Robertxc v. Style Card - Default removed by order of the sheriff

Robertxc v. Abbey (1) - Data Protection Act action. £750 compensation

Robertxc v. Abbey (2) - Data Protection Act action. £2000 compensation, default removed
