Hello eveyone!!! :)

My first post!!

Just posted my Subject Access Request last week (30 April 2007) to The Royal Bank Of Scotland. I'm hopeful of a happy outcome as i've paid a lot of charges over the years. I don't think I would have bothered claiming if it wasn't for this site.

Can anyone let me know of the most common pitfalls (if any) in dealing with RBOS? (Closing people's accounts, cancelling overdraughts etc.)

Also, I don't seem to be able to access the speadsheet to calculate my charges and interest! Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks to all. I'll let you all know how Iget on!!!

This does sometimes happen from time to time, I dont know if its to do with servers or other things I know nothing about:). You just need to try later.
