 Hi All,

Received today a letter from the court 'General Form of Judgement or Order' with directions etc on.(Same letter as i have seen on here many a time)

Just wondered if i should go ahead with preparing the court bundle or hold out for a settlement letter.

Court bundle seems very daunting and if this is the way to go any help would be very much appreciated.

LIAN

The court bundle is'nt as daunting as it may seem, read the sticky on the subject. If you do it you probably wont need it but if you dont you sure as heck will. [problem] seem to be contesting claims that they think are not prepared to go to court so dont give them that impression.

You may think that but . . ......
