:) Nationwide have paid £3500 into my account in several deposits. They are still £600 short of the full amount claimed....... Success

But I've got a question. Should I take any of the money out of the account or wait until the full amount has been paid in????

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.....

Hello babe25!

...They are still £600 short of the full amount claimed.

But I've got a question. Should I take any of the money out of the account or wait until the full amount has been paid in????

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.....

It all depends on whether U Claimed C.I. or s69 S.I. on your unlawful Charges??!

If U Claimed C.I. @ 24.9%APR, write to Nationwide and tell them that U do NOT accept their PART PAYMENT of your Claim and ask them to remove the money from your account forthwith, until they are prepared to Settle your Claim by Crediting your flexaccount with the ENTIRE sum of money that U Claimed.

(DO NOT spend any of the money that has been deposited so far!)

If U only Claimed s69 S.I @ 8%, write to Nationwide and inform them that U will accept their Offer as a PARTIAL payment ONLY!

(Spend away!)

In both cases though, proceed with your Claim through Court.

Nationwide still has £600 of YOUR money!!!

Would U expect that THEY would 'forget' that U owed THEM £600??!!

...Don't think so, do U?!
