Eyup flower. I'd send it to Neil McKirdy's address as that's the dept who's dealing with your claim but I wouldn't address it to him personally. I would put a ref on the LBA though ("further to your letter ref xxxxxx from Neil McKirdy, dated xxxxxx"). Their grievance procedure only states that the branch are your 1st point of contact for any problems so now you've reached the dizzy heights of Glasgow I'd skip the branch completely.

I was sat there in scruffy jeans & T-Shirt dreading a little tarted up dolly bird walking in but thank goodness, a normal human being turned up instead :) Well.... kind of normal lol ;-)

PJ - I'm expecting my defence to get here at some point this week. Why don't you (& the kids if you like, loads of toys here) come round at the weekend & we'll go through it together.

We need em to be seperate PJ so we can take it in turns to stand at the back of the court & then outside the court to heckle & gesture rudely :D

I've got a really unhealthy association with YB workers/representatives & primates going on in my head. I just can't shake the images. If I do get to court I think I'll be totally shocked if a human being turns up lol.

If you followed NeilP and Whizzkids threads (Abbey I think), the judge would not let Whizzkid in the court for Neils thing (don't want to scare you and unlikely to happen again, but worth noting). Very long threads, especially Whizzkids but reads like a bestseller. If you have time they might be interesting. Of course both got their money in the end.

Already thought of that one Caro. When court dates are approaching you can apparently tell the court you're a poor, scared wee thing & they'll let you meet the judge & have a guided tour beforehand. Will secure the moral support allowed in the court room then ;)

They've implied they have witnesses to try & put the sh*ts up you thinking it'll make you settle for the first amount of cash they offer to you.

How transparent are they? It's like being in a playground!

Ooooo, now then. Just opened my mail (bit late but been out all day today) & I have a copy of YB's AQ. They've asked for the 1 month to try & settle but no indication of witnesses on mine. That says to me they are just using the witnesses thing as an intimidation tac-tic (like with my "not in joint names" saga).

Make that lasses PJ cos they're really rubbing me up the wrong way now!

IAnd Trunny, they're not playing fair with you - I'm sure you'd have loved to see Laurel n Hardy, or whoever, in court as much as I would :D

I was hoping for Max & Paddy (Paddy & Max...... & best of all we don't pay council tax)

Did you photocopy the cheque PJ? I'm going to copy mine WHEN (not if) I get it & print it out on leaflets to hand out on the street in front of my ex branch.
