Hi everyone - I've been reading the FAQ's for over a week and have just started to sort out my debts ( fingers crossed).

So far I've sent:

a SAR to Natwest

and 4 CCA requests to Legal & trade(re studio cards),Reliable collections (re simply Be)

Moorcroft (re Littlewoods) & EOS solutions (re house of sterling)

Just a quick question when you open a catalogue account online do you require the same CCA confirmation i.e. a full signed copy as one opened without a p.c. only someone told me they could use an electronic signiature as proof e.g. ticking the box is this right?

It is my opinion, you are agreeing by the terms set out when you place a tick in the box on the screen.

Any ideas what I can expect in the post as a true copy of my consumer credit aggreement? I just want to know what to look out for so i can take it from there

Most agreements are A4 size paper with a list of the conditions you have agreed to. They will state fees to be paid in case of default, opening balance, interest to be paid (if applicable), date of agreement start, term of the agreeement (if loans etc) and should have your signature on it.
