Hi guys,

At the moment I am at the stage where I have got my statements, sent my prelim, and had an offer.

I am claiming £705 and had an offer today of £335.

Obiously I have declined it and I sent my LBA today saying £335 would be accepted as a part payment and I will take court action if they don't pay up within 14 days.

There is just one thing I need clarification on:

"If you are dissatisfied with my proposal for resolving your complaint you may ultimately eligible to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service."

Hellllooooooooo!!!!????

Not quite sure what they mean.

Hope some one can give me some advice on this and my next steps.

Cheers

Stuart

That comment is another standard comment, made in the hopes, you will panic and accept their paultry offer.

Ignore it and carry on!
