Please could some one advise me on how to claim bank charges of one thousand five hundred pounds. I know this is too much for the small claims courts. This amount is the total from two accounts. One totalling five hundred and twenty pounds and one of nine hundred and eighty. Should I claim both accounts together or separately. I live in Scotland. Does this make a difference? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Trinity Road

That's the address you should constantly write to UNTIL you get a personally signed letter of reply back - not the computer generated signatures of "Camara, Declan, Marcin .....and so on."

They will write to you from all the different addresses that they can - that's a smokescreen designed to confuse you.

Everything to Trinity Road - UNTIL the magic offer letter comes!
