ok ok Right Meet will take place, In Glasgow, it has to be roomy , Saturday the 29 th of June in either Home or o'Neils, meet at 2.00 oclock (**** unless there' a good footy match is that enough time for the followers of the beautifull game 2 see all the results) for the people who have far to travel. chuck this idea around then see if it hooks up enough people.

I may be blonde but i aint that thick, I have been with the Bank of Scotland for many years and then they were bought out by Halifax; my original account details were with head office in Edinburgh and my mail still comes from that address. So I prsume that Edinburgh is no longer thier head office.

Sorry i was not clear i live in Scotland the banks address is in scotland but others on threads have said they used an english address for court case (small claim in England) is thier an address for Hlifax bank of Scotland in England I can use. and Can I claim in an English court even though Im not really living there.

Is the reclaim charges the same for store and credit card as the banks or as there has been a ruling on the ammount they can cahrge do we claim full ammount or the difference.
