No. of Topics increasing!

I've noticed since I first posted in the Abbey section on Feb 9th that the number of Topics has just about tripled - why is that I wonder?

Because the only reason why they're different from other banks is taht they're worse.

 

As I once put it in a letter to them they're a shambolic provincial building society masquerading as a bank and behaving like a sub-prime money lender.

I am getting increasingly worried about some relatives of mine. Since they have come back to the uk, 2 1/2 yrs ago, their debt level has soared, and the Abbey has just kept on increasing their overdraft, then got them a consolidation loan, then another... They are not good at managing their money, but all the Abbey is doing is looking at their wages, and letting them sink deeper into debt... And collecting penalty charges on the way, of course!

 

(And yes, I have told them about this site, but they seem to think that their bank lending them so much money every time they ask means that they're "really good" )
