Hi, I have just been delivered a car from Accident Exchange whilst my 5 week old car is in the body shop. A lorry hit me on the motorway and they have admitted full liability. I am very worried now after reading this thread. Do you have any advice please?

Is it a credit hire agreement?

As long as you actually need it, don't have access to another car, couldn't afford to hire a car yourself on "spot rates" and don't keep the car longer than necessary then you'll be fine.

Hi,

I do need a car but Audi A4 is a little to big.

I am so confused with the best way to proceed with claim.

I am gutted about my car.

I wonder if it's better if it's written off

And yes it is a credit agreement
