i bought a car after seeing an advert online

i put a deposit down

 

 When i got there and saw it i said to the salesman i thought it was leather seats he said noW

 

thinking i had made a mistake i went through with the purchase on getting home

i saw the advert again and it did say leather

 

what are my rights on this matter

Go get you deposit back

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I'm afraid that my view is slightly different. The ad was misleading and if you had bought the car simply on the strength of the ad then you would have no problem.

However, you went to see the car and it was then pointed out to you that the seats weren't leather and you continued to purchase it on that basis.

I'm afraid that I don't think you have any comeback at all
