Made Court Claim what next???

Hi

 

I have processed 3 claims to the local County Court, the Halifax have until 27 November to reply. How do I know when they reply, do I get a letter from the courts, do I have to phone the courts or do Halifax write to me??? Just getting a little impatient any comments/replies would be great.

The court will send you a copy of their acknowledgement.

Unless you are very unlucky like me and the Halifax doesnt respond to your court claim at all.

 

The Halifax had until the 15th to acknowledge and the didnt. I lodged a judgement but on the 17th i rang the Halifax and spoke to head office. They said they never received it. They are applying for a copy of the N1 so it will now be weeks before I get any money.

Thanks for your replies. I phoned the court and they told me none of my claims have been acknowledged. Would it be a good idea to call Halifax and ask them if they have received the court papers or should I just leave it. I really dont want anymore delays.
