Hi All,

Just been going through my fathers old argos account after having all the statements sent to me going back to 2004.

He was paying PPI on his argos card. Am i right in saying that I will be able to claim compound interest at the rate the card was charged at (27.9%) aswell as simple 8% interest ?

Thanks

Matt

so if they closed or stopped charging interest in nov 2007

you will have to amend the claimto date.

then take that total balance shown on that sheet

and put it in the statint sheet as one whole sum

on the day AFTER they stopped their INT

that will give you 8% statint to date.
