I just wanted to update this slightly.

 

I'm still in limbo with Santander.

 

I asked for a copy of the original documents.

This is just now being sent out.

Although I'll believe that when it arrives.

 

I contacted the CEO office and have since been passed from pillar to post.

I've received zero answers at all.

Nobody seems to want to accept that Santander have made some mistakes here.

They have repeatedly tried to blame me.

 

I made an appointment with the CAB and they refused to speak to the CAB rep despite being given permission.

 

The CAB have advised me to write a formal complaint letter.

Which I will do.
