Help With My Littlewoods Account

Hi everyone

 

 

I’m new to this site and not sure I’ve posted in the right section but maybe you could help me.

 

 

I applied for an isme , Littlewoods and very account which was accepted

 

 

I then ordered a small items at a cost of £15.00 and the order was accepted.

 

 

Since then I have received a call from isme stating that all orders have been cancelled and all three of my accounts will be cancelled

 

 

when I challenge them and asked why they informed me to check with cifas and once the information has been removed

the order will be accepted

 

 

my questions is how do I go about that.

Thanks for the quick reply I have no defaults or arrears my credit report are clean , The lady that called me confirmed that wasn't the reasons but hinted that it was something to do with cifas

it should tell you

 

 

if not try Experian or eqifax

 

 

not all creditors use the same CRA provider

No linked address or financial association should i get my credit report from check my file as it list all three
