MBNA Possible PPI Claim

I have been told by a company called [removed] that there is potential PPI on 2 cards with MBNA I had previously.

 

I have contacted their Customer Service Department via email to ascertain the accounts numbers.

 

Does anyone here know the address to submit claims to.

 

I have a debt of around £925 and had the card for around 2 years, it might not be much but every little helps!

Steer clear of claim companies. Do the claim yourself.

As above the claims Company will take over 50% in both commission and fees on anything that has been claimed, you can do this yourself for free and any help that you are after can be given to you on these forums here for free.

 

Please ask away if you are unsure.

I am waiting to hear back from the lady at customer services with the details of the accounts the ppi relates to.

 

Is there any template letters on here I can use!?

if there is ppi, you will need to send a sar to mbna
