We are renting the flat witch has benn repossess by the bank because landlord doesn't pay the mortgage. We have got 2 months time to find another place but we haven't and we have 17 month old daughter plus I am pregnant, my due date is 07.12 and we should live the property 12.12.

We have wrote the letter to the bank asking for more time to find something suitable for our family, describing the situation, we have got a contract for another year for the flat, so another few moths would be great or we are happy to make arrangement and pay the rent to them until our contract finish.

The bank doesn't respond yet, is been a month now since we send that letter and we are in a big stress. Can bank just evicted us from the flat? What should we do?

We are desperate looking for help.

basian, it might be a good idea to speak to Shelter - they will almost certainly be able to advise what you can do.
