Welcome to CAG. I've moved your thread to the CSA forum.

So if read this correctly, you are the non-resident parent and feel you should not be required to pay because of the criminal behaviour of the child in question?

Ignore the others who judge without knowing any facts.

Now we have more info, its easier to help you.

As you and your ex are caring for one child each, you have 'like for like' claims. He can claim from you, and you can claim from him. It is easier to work out the difference in the payments and just one of you pay that amount to the other.

it was his half sister he abused, i had my daughter to another father whom i am now married to. I raised my son for 11 year without claiming my ex his dad. I really don't think i should pay under the circumstances to what he had done to my daughter, surly there is something i can do?

I didn't judge. I can fully understand why you do not want to pay BUT I don't think the CSA will be so understanding. They tend to see things in black and white and not shades of grey. Can you disown a child through the Courts? That might be the only way forward so I would consult a Solicitor
