Hi all,

I was recently made redundant. I have multiple different debts that I’m paying to Lloyds and I want to ask them to freeze them until I have income again.

What is the best way of doing this? I’d prefer to do it through email, as it’s much quicker than waiting on postage, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Access the cag library thre are template letters there that may be of some use.

Edit to suit your requirements and find the appropriate email address.

Even though things get saved in sent folder, i recommend BCC yourself the email and print a hard copy for your records along with any replies.

Not quite sure what you mean by sheer volume of forms..

They are all titled ?

Anyway, I think this is the one you will be best off with.

The one above is asking for them to freeze interest and charges and accept a pro rata payment.

The one below is asking them to accept a payment holiday .

IMHO, you should include an Income & Expenditure form in order to get things moving quickly. You can use the one I have attached below. It does the calculations for you.
