  1. Hi, No ideas on this? I'm really confused with the sheer amount of forms. Could someone please direct me to the form I need and the appropriate email address? Thanks,

  3. Hi all, I was recently made redundant. I have multiple different debts that I’m paying to Lloyds and I want to ask them to freeze them until I have income again. What is the best way of doing this? I’d prefer to do it through email, as it’s much quicker than waiting on postage, etc. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,
  4. Does anyone have a range of Lloyds TSB email addresses?
  5. I've been reading about lots of cases of errors with HMRC. Upon receiving this letter, I've done a lot of research into their bumbling ways. So what is the correct way to appeal these daily penalties? I should also mention that I'm not even self employed anymore and have been paying tax and national insurance at source with my employer.
  6. Hi, Thanks for your reply. I've not received any prior correspondence from them about this late penalty fee. This is the first I've heard about it, which is why it came as such a shock today. I intend to write to them and get the late penalty fees removed from my account. All of my tax is in order, etc, they just seem to be chasing me for these late penalties. I just found this: http://www.rpc.co.uk/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=entry&id=722&Itemid=129 As per the above, apparently there was a recent decision by the FTT that found in favour of the claimants vs. HMRC's late penalty daily fees.
  7. Do you have the emails for Customers Services, etc please? It's hard to ascertain what any of the email addresses are for people at Lloyds TSB.
  8. I've ascertained that the debt is over a late filing penalty from 2012. Apparently, I've been charged at 0.02p per day for several years. Around £350 in fees, bringing it to a total of nearly £500 (including the original £100 late filing fee). So how would I go about getting them to drop these charges? I'm unaware of this until today. The website is terrible and I've even filed self assessment returns since the late one and not been told! I'm also not even self employed anymore.
  9. Hi, Thanks for the reply. It says: Debt Management & Banking 1st Floor Dorset House 27-45 Stamford Street London SE1 9PY
  10. I recently received a threatening letter from HMRC saying that I have a self assessment debt of around £500. Apprently they're going to "send it to a debt collection agency" unless I pay in full now. It also says I'm being "charged interest daily." This is the first of heard of this debt, so perhaps it's a [problem] letter? I've tried to look into what the debt is for, but the HMRC site is so terribly designed and maintained that it's virtually impossible. No where in the letter or website am I told what this debt is actually for. What are my best steps?
  11. Thanks for the email address. It's concerning me wanting to clear a credit card debt in one payment. I'd like to offer to pay them a portion of the debt, but do it all at once.

  13. Could someone post email addresses for contacts at Lloyds TSB concerning credit card debt? I'd like to have a direct email address to someone who I can approach in writing. Thanks,
  14. I realise their sole interest is to make money off me. But I have also seen many stories here of people paying off lump sums of their credit cards when closing the credit card account. We also have sample letters here entitled: Full and final payment letter.
  15. I have a fair amount of credit card debt with Lloyds. I'm in a position where I can now pay a large amount of it off in one lump sum. What would be my best way to approach doing this? I know the general consensus will probably be do it in writing. But I'd like to get this wrapped up ASAP. Is there a Lloyds email address I could approach them using? I've heard it's possible to just approach your bank and say, "I'd like to close my credit card account and make a lump sum payment to clear my debt once and for all." My goal here is obviously to forego all the interest etc. Any advice here would be much appreciated.
