Hi,

I understand that a CCJ is removed from your credit file after 6 years. But does anyone know what date the 6 years is counting down from.

For example I had a debt which defaulted in 2009 which has recently become a CCJ. My question is, will the CCJ in 6 years from the default date, 2015, or 6 years from judgement, 2020!.

Any information will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

the default and the whole account will vanish.

does not necessarily mean the debt is not owed mind,

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
