Hi, I understand that a CCJ is removed from your credit file after 6 years. But does anyone know what date the 6 years is counting down from. For example I had a debt which defaulted in 2009 which has recently become a CCJ. My question is, will the CCJ in 6 years from the default date, 2015, or 6 years from judgement, 2020!. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, If a US citizen who resided and worked in England was injured whilst visiting Florida, would the subsequent medical bills from Florida be enforceable in England when the person returned? And if so how would they enforce such debt. Any help would be appreciated thankyou.
